Well to start with i missed you and secondly the way you left my place, you seemed to be bothered with something you were not you and you were very quite suddenly i called you so as i can check on you and say goodnight but you never picked my calls so i couldn’t sleep because i was wondering what was wrong because your behaviour is just so odd talking about behaviour why did you kiss me on my forehead when you usually kiss me on the lips. Did i do something wrong? She asked. Because am worried. No no you are not and don’t worry its fine really i tried to reach for your lips only to be kissed on the forehead really?
Vanessa my love there is nothing to be worried about no mark i know you even though you don’t know me well but i know when you are troubled with something. I asked her a question: babe how many exes do you have. I have 5 she said. Oh ok so the remaining 4 were just one night stands yeah i don’t remember most of them though i was usually drunk. She was saying this with so much ease as if it was meant to help me feel better little did she know that i was burning inside having thoughts like people say men are womanizers so i tried to only sleep with my partners but this so called fiancée seems to have enjoyed her life more than I did is the world fair no i guess its not.
But should this hinder my joy and happiness? She seems to really love me but then this reminded me of my senior student friend at University the first words he told me about girls.
He said that now that you are here you must be careful because am sure you will want to experiment alot of stuff and have sex, and start dating well am not saying you shouldn’t date but one thing you should know is that the female first years will always want to date guys who are seniors or guys who are wild. Then when reality kicks in in second year that’s when they will start looking for someone who is serious to be with that’s after they have partied and done crazy things with the seniors and wild guys. Then they will come to you guy who seem serious and down to earth so he asked me if that was fair i said no well that’s the reason why am still single. So be careful and bs selective when getting a girlfriend because we she might show you the love but you don’t know where she’s been.
While i was recalling this i didn’t realise that i had zoned out on Vanessa all i head was are you there am i talking to myself or you just don’t to respond. Oh sorry love. Are you okay she asked am oryt its just that. Before I could finish she goes like "you know what i think you are not in the mood to converse with me". "I don’t know what i did but i feel like am losing you".  No its not like that i answered. "mark call me when you feel like talking to me" she replied. "no Vanessa its not like that".  I responded. "Mark i called you so as i can hold a conversation with you my boyfriend but you zoning out on me is making me worried what are you thinking about?" Then suddenly i head a knock on my door so i shouted coming who is at the door she asked. But before i could answer someone at the door shouted saying mark i missed you so much why are you hard to find these days upon hearing these words Vanessa asked angrily who is that.......................
