As we entered the shop we got some groceries and as we went to the till she seemed to look for where Eva was she saw her on till 8 and to my surprise she went to the same till and locked her arm to mine and she kissed me in front of Eva and greeted her with a smile I felt uncomfortable but I couldn’t say anything while I was wondering on what to do rather say she apologized to Eva for shouting and calling her names saying it was a misconception and misunderstanding. To my surprise Eva also smiled back and said yeah like you said it was a misconception. Believe me if I was you I could have done the same too so i understand. Well thanks Vanessa said as she finished packing the groceries. Became tongue tied because of what happened in my eyes it seemed fake because I knew that both of the girls loved me and I knew that Eva was going to calling after that. Vanessa finished packing the groceries and told me to pay for the groceries. All this long I didn’t say hi to Eva until she said hi. I replied after clearing my throat Hello how are you. I couldn’t believe it that that’s just how it’s going to be I will never have sex with Eva I was becoming responsible and committed to one woman this scared me a bit because I started thinking I become totally committed to Vanessa it will mean i have only slept with 4 women in my life while for her maybe she might have slept with more men in her life I started asking myself, am I being cuffing myself too early so as we got in the car I asked Vanessa how many men she has been intimate with in her life she laughed and asked me why i was asking. Nothing I just want to know my girlfriend more it’s not wrong is it? I asked. No its not well it’s something like 7 to 9 am not really sure she smiled what did she just say. I guess its true life is not fair. I became quite so she asked me if am alright yeah am alright you just gone quite all of the sudden oh no am alright. We arrived at her place. I told her that I was going home. Why i thought you were going to sleep over and I got these groceries so that i can make supper for you. Well next time I have finish some work for tomorrow its due tomorrow I have to finish it. I replied. Well then why didn’t you say in the first place I couldn’t have got all these groceries. I lied because couldn’t bear looking at her and thinking of all the men who slept with her. So instead of being caught zoning out on her it was better I just be alone. As I left she asked well are going to leave without giving me a kiss? I kissed her on her forehead she seemed surprised why I kissed her on her fore head. I got in my car and left.
I got home and just took some hot chocolate and went to bed early when I woke up I found 12 missed calls from Vanessa and 4 missed calls from Eva and 6 long messages from Vanessa which were mostly about her complaining about my behavior and why i wasn’t picking her calls. How come I didn’t hear the phone ring. I asked myself then I realized that I forgot to change the sound profile from silent to sound. After bathing I called Vanessa she answered but she was low in her response. I asked what wrong why are sounding low she replied saying...
